The Organization of WVVDF-VMA represents the institutional structure through which the Federation coordinates, develops, and promotes its activities at national and international level in the field of Vietnamese Martial Arts.

It is based on a structured system of roles, responsibilities, and technical competencies designed to ensure continuity, consistency, and quality across all training, technical, and organizational pathways of the Federation.

The organizational framework is composed of governing bodies, technical committees, and national and international representatives, who work in synergy to manage institutional activities, plan events, support technical development, and promote Việt Võ Đạo across the different communities involved in cooperation programs of the Federation.

Within this framework, particular importance is given to the cooperation between Masters, Instructors, and federation officials, in order to ensure a unified and shared approach to the development of Vietnamese Martial Arts.

The aim of the Organization is to guarantee a harmonious, structured, and sustainable development of the Federation, in accordance with the traditional values of Việt Võ Đạo and the historical continuity of Vietnamese martial heritage.
